Corporate Treasury Sales Manager (FX & Derivatives)

Join our Corporate Treasury Sales team to deliver tailored treasury and financial market solutions to corporate and high-net-worth clients across Singapore and the region. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to drive product development and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Corporate Banking and Private Banking Relationship Managers to deliver treasury and financial market solutions to corporate and private banking clients
- Advise clients on managing foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks using tailored treasury and derivatives solutions
- Assess clients’ business needs and recommend appropriate hedging and treasury products to support their financial objectives
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new treasury products, coordinating documentation, system testing, operational readiness, and product rollout with Head Office and internal stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client service delivery
- Develop marketing initiatives and business strategies to grow the Bank’s FX and derivatives business
- Analyze business performance data to identify growth opportunities and prepare management reports and business insights
- Monitor market developments and provide timely market updates to Relationship Managers and clients
- Support additional treasury and business initiatives as assigned by management
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Treasury Sales, Corporate Banking, Global Markets, Corporate Treasury, or Financial Markets
- Proficient in FX, derivatives, treasury products, or risk management solutions
- Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and corporate hedging solutions
- Business proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and Head Office
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with Chinese corporates or covering China Desk clients within Asia Pacific
- Good understanding of the Chinese financial market and business environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
