Air Freight Customer Service Senior Executive/Executive (Export)

• Salary: Up to S$4000 (commensurate with experience)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday,9.00am – 6.30pm | Saturday, 9.00am – 1.00pm

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A leading global MNC in the logistics industry is seeking an experienced Air Freight Export Customer Service Executive to join its growing team and manage air export shipments and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer enquiries and provide timely updates on flight and shipment status
• Review export documentation and ensure compliance with export permits and customs requirements
• Monitor shipment uplift and promptly inform customers of any irregularities
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic and Planning teams for smooth shipment execution
• Ensure accurate application of airfreight rates and keep updated on airline and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues
• Prepare and submit monthly customer reports within stipulated timelines
• Ensure shipments are properly accounted for and handled according to SOPs
• Work closely with Sales and other teams on special shipment arrangements

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in air freight export customer service
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and airfreight processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience using CargoWise is advantageous
