Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
- Prepare strategy papers, performance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in developing annual workplans, business strategies and budgets across business segments.
- Conduct industry benchmarking, market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Facilitate discussions with management and stakeholders to align on business priorities, address challenges to achieve desired outcomes.
Project Management & Transformation
- Lead and manage projects from planning through implementation.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare regulatory and management reports on operational and financial performance.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor business outcomes and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Support enterprise risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to sustainability reporting and related initiatives in alignment with corporate requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory, operational and strategic matters.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business initiatives.
Administrative & Ad Hoc Duties
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation and minutes.
- Support departmental operations, including asset management and coordination activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience:
- A good tertiary degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, and/or business planning functions will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with the transportation or mobility industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Clear, professional communicator with strong reporting and presentation skills.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self‑driven and adaptable, with the ability to handle diverse work responsibilities.
- Confident in navigating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
