📋 Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, cut and portion ingredients.
• Assist with food preparation and simple cooking.
• Support plating as directed by the chef.
• Wash utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitise workstations and storage areas.
• Receive, store and replenish ingredients and supplies.
• Dispose of waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.

✅ Requirements

• Kitchen or F&B experience is advantageous.
• Candidates without experience may apply; training is provided.
• Able and willing to work permanent night shift.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Preferably staying near Pasir Ris or Downtown East.
