We are seeking a passionate and experienced learning professional to design high-quality curricula, facilitate engaging learning experiences and contribute to the development of a strong adult educator network.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing courses aligned with national competency frameworks, facilitating learner-centred programmes and managing adult educators to support the Academy's mission and educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curriculum, assessments and training materials aligned with adult learning principles and national competency frameworks.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and training programmes for individuals, community partners and corporate clients.
  • Recruit, train and support Adult Educators and Volunteer Adult Educators.
  • Conduct curriculum reviews and ensure training quality through continuous improvement and quality assurance practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop relevant and innovative learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Education, Training & Development or a related discipline.
  • ACTA/ACLP certification required; DACE/DDDLP preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in curriculum development, facilitation and training delivery.
  • Experience in healthcare, community care or social service sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
