Our client, a renowned Real Estate Developer firm, has an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join its Property Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high service standards and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement property management strategies, policies, and best practices across the portfolio.
- Manage and oversee service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure properties remain in optimal operating condition and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Drive asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), improvement works, and sustainability initiatives within approved budgets and timelines.
- Manage procurement activities, contract administration, and vendor performance for facilities and maintenance services.
- Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead and mentor the operations team while working closely with tenants, stakeholders, and senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial property or facilities management.
- Prior experience managing Grade A commercial office assets will be highly advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services, M&E systems, statutory compliance, and facilities operations.
- Proven experience managing service providers, budgets, contracts, and asset enhancement projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$7,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
