COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE [INZ-003-08]

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and refine internal and external communications to ensure clarity and consistency
• Write clear, compelling content across multiple platforms and channels
• Assist in organising internal campaigns and coordinating key messaging
• Work with leadership to maintain consistent communication styles across the organisation
• Contribute to crafting impactful brand and corporate narratives
• Handle newsletters, emailers, and announcement write-ups with accuracy and tone
• Monitor communication trends and gather feedback to continuously improve messaging
• Collaborate with creative teams to align tone, messaging, and visual direction
• Serve as a voice of clarity and cohesion across all levels of the company
• Learn and apply strategic communication techniques for broad and diverse audiences

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
