Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor will manage sales operations for the outlet and online/delivery platforms, ensuring smooth daily sales activities and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities at the outlet to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Coordinate sales processes on online and delivery platforms to optimize order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve sales-related issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment and comply with safety standards
- Adapt to flexible working hours including overtime and standing for extended periods as required
Other Information
- Working hours: 6 days a week with occasional overtime at 1.5x basic pay
- Must be able to stand for long hours if necessary
