Supply Chain Executive

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily activities including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Optimize floor productivity and space utilization.
• Enforce safety regulations, cleanliness, and workplace standards.

Inventory Management

• Track stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.

Logistics and Transport

• Plan daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules.
• Local Delivery transportation planning
• Own fleet maintenance schedule and upkeep
• Coordinate with transport providers, drivers, and external freight forwarders.
• Process shipping documentation and resolve delivery issues.

Team Leadership and Admin

• Schedule, train, and manage warehouse personnel.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report metrics to management.
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
