About Us

Homie Trust Pte Ltd is a licensed Singapore Employment Agency providing recruitment solutions for local hiring, Work Permit and S Pass recruitment.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Contact companies using a provided database.
• Identify the person in charge of hiring (HR or Hiring Manager).
• Introduce our recruitment services using a provided script.
• Check whether the company has current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Record call outcomes and update lead information.
• Arrange follow-up appointments for our Business Development Manager.

Training, call script and contact database will be provided.

Requirements

• Good spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone.
• Friendly, professional and confident.
• Able to work independently from home.
• Telemarketing, customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
