Job Summary

Join our Food Delivery team as a Delivery Personnel, delivering food and parcels safely and on time while representing top brands with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from central kitchen to restaurant outlets safely, accurately, and on time to meet client expectations
• Rotate delivery tasks to include parcels, enhancing job variety and engagement
• Represent clients’ brands professionally during all customer interactions
• Provide friendly and effective customer service to ensure positive delivery experiences
• Maintain vehicle condition by performing regular checks and following company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
• Use GPS navigation and knowledge of local roads to optimize delivery routes
• Communicate confidently in simple English with clients and customers
• Work independently while managing physical demands of delivery tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving License (Class 4 preferred)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous delivery experience (training provided)
• Prefer if you stay in the West (Clementi, Pandan)
