Location: Bedok South, Singapore
Salary: S$3,200 – S$4,000/month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

OneO2Plants is looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you!

🌟 What You'll Do

- Handle a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL & month-end closing)
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts
- Manage Fixed Assets accounting
- Generate monthly invoices and respond to customer enquiries
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
- Review monthly & yearly bank reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions and assist with tax filings
- Support monthly financial & management reporting
- Assist with year-end statutory audits
- Improve finance processes and support system enhancements
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

✅ What We're Looking For

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
⭐ Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Asana is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
