Do you have an eye for design and a passion for plants? At OneO2Plants, we're looking for a creative and hands-on Plant Artist to design premium botanical arrangements that brighten workplaces, hotels and festive celebrations across Singapore.

🌿 Your Role

• Design premium orchid and botanical arrangements.
• Create festive displays using Pussy Willow, Lucky Bamboo and seasonal plants.
• Develop new product collections and creative concepts.
• Support installation of festive decorations and event displays.
• Conduct arrangement training and develop simple work procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in orchid arrangement, floral design or botanical styling.
• Creative with a strong sense of colour, balance and aesthetics.
• Passionate about plants and botanical design.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support festive installations and work during peak festive seasons.
• Experience in corporate or hotel floral arrangements will be an advantage.

📍 Job Details

Location: 20 Jalan Lekar (West)

Working Hours: 4 Weekdays per Week

Salary: $13-$17/hour (Based on experience)

Annual Leave: 7 Days, pro-rated
