About the Role
Join a reputable government firm as an L&D Specialist, supporting capability development for finance and procurement professionals through learning design, digital learning and programme development.
Job Scope:
Learning & Programme Design
• Design, develop, and evaluate learning interventions across classroom, virtual, blended, and digital learning formats.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop curriculum based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop course content, learning outcomes, and training materials.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes to drive continuous improvement.
Digital Learning & Content Development
• Develop engaging digital learning resources, including infographics, videos, articles, and other learning materials.
• Explore new learning technologies and innovative approaches to enhance learner engagement.
Stakeholder & Project Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Support capability development initiatives for Public Service finance and procurement professionals.
Research & Consultancy
• Research emerging Learning & Development trends and market best practices to keep programmes relevant and innovative.
• Conduct market intelligence and translate insights into new learning solutions.
• Support consultancy projects by applying methodologies such as Design Thinking and process improvement to assist public agencies in their transformation journey.
Requirements
• Min. Degree in Human Resources/ Learning & Development / Education / Business / related discipline (Entry level candidates with a strong interest in L&D are welcome to apply)
• Min. Relevant internship experience in L&D, instructional design, curriculum development, learning needs analysis, or digital learning.
• Strong planning, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about developing people and enhancing organisational capability.
