[Central Hospital, Office Hours] Patient Service Associate – Operating Theatre #HLV

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Staggered Working Hours:

• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• 8:00am – 5:00pm / 5:30pm
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
• 10:00am – 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration, admission, transfer and discharge using relevant healthcare systems.
• Process payments and provide financial counselling for surgical procedures and services.
• Coordinate appointments, inpatient bed bookings and admission arrangements.
• Contact patients prior to procedures to confirm admission timings and provide preparation instructions.
• Retrieve patient records through Electronic Medical Record systems to support clinical operations.
• Attend to enquiries from patients and internal/external stakeholders regarding theatre facilities and services.
• Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplies, inventory and vendor coordination.
