Business Manager (Specialty Chemicals)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve profitability targets across Southeast Asia.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Manage and develop distributors and channel partners, providing commercial and technical support while monitoring performance to maximise market penetration
• Lead business development initiatives across Southeast Asia, coach the sales team, and drive execution of strategic growth plans across multiple markets.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, refine sales strategies, and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Partner with global and regional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management, to support new product launches, customer initiatives, and business objectives.
• Oversee demand forecasting, CRM management, pricing execution, and sales performance while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Business
• At least 10 years of sales experience in chemical industry
• SEA Exposure
