About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounts, Finance & HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank receipt reconciliation, while also providing basic HR administrative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records and well‑maintained employee documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands‑on, and comfortable handling both finance and people‑related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable &Payable - Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including issuing cash receipts, monitoring outstanding payments, processing supplier invoices and staff claims, and ensuring all transactions are properly documented, approved, and recorded in accordance with company policies.
2. Bank Reconciliation &Cash Management - Handle regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and accounting records, investigate discrepancies, and support daily cash flow monitoring and proper recording of bank transactions.
3. HR Administrative Support - Provide basic HR administrative support by maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee personal files (P‑Files), tracking staff leave, medical certificates, attendance, and maintaining records of staff training and development, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal requirements.
4. General Accounting &Administrative Duties - Support overall finance operations through proper record keeping, assistance with month‑end closing, preparation of reports, audit support, and handling ad‑hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
· Exposure to basic HR administration is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
· Good understanding of basicaccounting principles.
· Well‑organized with good time‑management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
