RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Transformation Intern, you will support the human, analytical, and communication side of our improvement journey. You will help run ideation sessions, document transformation stories, analyse performance data, and support the tracking of improvement projects.
- Assist in organising and facilitating Kaizen / ideation workshops, capturing key insights and actions.
- Support development of transformation dashboards and KPI trackers to visualise progress.
- Document case studies, transformation success stories, and communication materials for internal sharing.
- Participate in process mapping sessions to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks for Lean/Kaizen programmes and training.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on Lean transformation best practices.
- Undergraduate student in Business, Analytics, Communications, or other relevant disciplines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with Excel and presentation tools; experience with Power BI / Canva is a plus.
- Proactive learner, comfortable engaging with engineers, technicians, and managers.
- Passionate about problem-solving, innovation, and change management.
- Interest in sustainability, operational excellence, or digital transformation.
