What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and continuous enhancement of enterprise risk management frameworks, policies and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluate emerging risks and provide meaningful insights to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and management presentations, ensuring key risk information is clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Monitor risk indicators and track mitigation actions, following up on progress to support timely resolution of identified risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to promote sound risk management and governance practices across the organisation.
• Contribute to risk-related reviews, projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the ongoing monitoring and reporting of enterprise-wide risk matters as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, audit or related functions will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information and identify key risk considerations.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in preparing reports, presentations and risk documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with data, reporting and analytical tools.
