📌 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised, independent and able to follow SOPs
• Positive and responsible attitude

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage front counter and attend to phone/walk-in enquiries
• Assist with basic first aid for unwell students
• Maintain school records, loan and lost & found records
• Handle mail, deliveries and courier services
• Coordinate school calendar and daily activities
• Compile basic data and reports
• Assist with simple procurement and general administration
• Support other ad hoc administrative duties

⏰ Working Hours

Mon–Thu: 8.30am–5.30pm
Fri: 9.00am–5.30pm
8.5 hours daily, excluding lunch break
🚫 Weekends & Public Holidays off

📍 Contract: 1 year
📅 Start: Sep 2026
📅 End: Aug 2027
