📋 Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education
• At least 1 year of receptionist/front desk and general administrative experience; school experience is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English
• First Aid knowledge is an advantage

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the school reception and attend to students, parents, visitors and enquiries
• Handle calls, emails, mail and courier deliveries
• Register visitors, contractors and trainers
• Provide basic first aid to students when required
• Support general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

⏰ Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 7:30am–4:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
