📅 Contract: 12 months less 1 day
📍 Start: Sep 2026 | End: Aug 2027
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–2:00pm (inclusive of 30-min lunch break)
🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays
📌 Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- No experience? Fresh candidates are welcome to apply! Training will be provided.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the school front counter and attend to enquiries
- Answer and route phone calls
- Handle filing and general administrative duties
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and parcels
- Sort and distribute items to students and staff
- Attend to unwell students and provide basic assistance
- Collate survey returns and support other administrative tasks
