Executive Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and screen candidates to align with client requirements across various sectors, ensuring high-quality talent placement.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidates, job orders, contracts, and communications within the recruitment database.

• Oversee daily administrative operations such as responding to client and candidate inquiries, preparing contracts, and handling billing and invoicing activities.
