SALES ASSISTANCE MANAGER

Job Summary

Assist in managing and coaching a sales team to achieve targets in the beauty industry. Support sales strategy execution, monitor market trends, and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach sales team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue
• Monitor sales team performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Track and analyze sales data to prepare regular reports for management review
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches
• Coordinate daily sales operations, including staff scheduling and team collaboration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry
• Previous sales experience with some team supervision responsibility
• Good knowledge of beauty products, services, and customer needs
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities
