You will play an important role in guiding and supporting customers throughout their financial journey.

Responsibilities

• 5.5 days work week, working hours synced to the specific branch's opening hours.
• You will be stationed at one of the bank branches in Singapore.
• Basic + Allowance + Performance Incentives & Benefits
• Engage with customers and provide suitable financial guidance based on their needs.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend personalised financial solutions that best support their goals.
• Assist customers in making informed financial decisions by providing reliable support and advice.
• Keep updated on market developments, financial trends, and industry changes.
• Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling and meeting customers to generate business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Minimum local Diploma or Degree in related discipline
• An interest in sales, able to attend to walk-in customers and do cold calling
• No experience is required - Comprehensive training will be provided
• Work as a team
• Good interpersonal skills
