Role Responsibilities

As a Wealth Solutions Manager, you will:

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of financial services professionals while supporting their growth and performance.
• Take part in leadership development initiatives and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• CMFAS-certified: RES5, M9, M9A, HI
• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about making a difference
