Chief of Staff

Job Summary
The Chief of Staff supports senior leadership in driving strategic priorities, cross-functional initiatives, and business execution. The role acts as a central coordination point across functions, ensuring that key priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
• Translate business priorities into clear action plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Track company and departmental KPIs and provide regular progress updates.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, business reviews, and analysis.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, follow-ups, and action items.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Lead special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business and strategic decisions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between senior leadership and teams.
• Handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a technology or fast-growing international company is an advantage.
