Finance Associate (Investment/Central)

Responsibilities:

• Compile investment reports and presentations on existing and prospective investments, tracking valuation and investment performance.
• Coordinate with private and retail bankers for smooth investment execution and trade processing (primarily across Singapore and US markets).
• Prepare quarterly & yearly Management Accounts and Financial Statements to comply with local statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with external tax service providers for Singapore and US tax compliance.
• Provide administrative and financial support regarding the family office's real estate portfolio in Singapore and Indonesia.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in the Finance, Banking, Investment, Corporate, or Audit (preferred) sectors.
• Experience or familiarity dealing with US market stock trading and equity options trading is highly advantageous (but not a strict prerequisite).
• Strong analytical/financial reporting skills combined with top-tier organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word),Google Suite, and modern digital scheduling tools.
• Absolute trustworthiness when handling confidential financial and personal data.
