We are hiring Contract Business Office Associates to support patient billing and account operations in a hospital environment.

Salary: Up to $3,200/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Support patient billing and ensure accurate and timely bill processing.
• Process claims with government agencies, insurers and relevant third parties.
• Review patient accounts, identify errors and update records.
• Liaise with patients, insurers and external organisations on billing matters.
• Monitor unbilled accounts and maintain accurate databases.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A Levels, ITE or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Patient billing experience or healthcare administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
