1 Year Temp Patient Account Officer *CENTRAL* #HZTK

Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 5 days per week

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm

• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 8.00am – 2.00pm / 4.00pm / 5.00pm

Working hours and off days will be based on the roster.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing and cashiering duties.
• Process patients’ bills upon discharge and present the bills to patients at their bedside for payment collection.
• Ensure bills are processed accurately and on time, including doctors’ fees.
• Follow up on billing enquiries, questions and disputes.
• Process discounts and prepare the necessary supporting documents.
• Respond to Business Office enquiries through email and phone calls.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior billing or customer service experience is an advantage.
