Contract Front Office Assistant #HYNA

We are hiring a Temp Front Office Assistant to support front office and patient service operations in a hospital environment.

Salary:

• Day/Evening shifts: $12/hour
• Overnight shift: $16/hour

Contract: 6 months
Working Hours: 42 hours/week | Rostered shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and visitors and provide friendly front office support.
• Assist with enquiries, check-in/check-out and general patient services.
• Escort patients and assist with transporting luggage to the wards.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming front office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with a hands-on role involving patient and luggage assistance.
• Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Prior hospitality, healthcare or front office experience is an advantage.
