Testing Technician

Department Overview (Short Write-up):

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Technician to join our Stage business unit. The Testing Technician will be responsible for performing various tests on precision stages to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role is crucial in supporting the development and quality assurance of new Stage prototypes and products.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Testing Technician to perform product testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to support product development and manufacturing in advanced high-technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, mechanical, electrical, or system testing according to test procedures and specifications.

• Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment and tools.

• Record and report test results accurately, highlighting any issues or abnormalities.

• Troubleshoot and support root cause investigation for product or testing issues.

• Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to improve product performance and testing processes.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.

• Experience in testing, manufacturing, production, quality, or a related technical field is an advantage.

• Able to read and understand basic mechanical and/or electronical technical drawings, work instructions, and test procedures.

• Familiar with testing equipment and measuring instruments.

• Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented.

• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.
