Receptionist 接待员

Job Duties 工作职责

• Perform general receptionist and administrative duties
负责一般前台接待及行政工作

• Perform data entry using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
使用客户关系管理系统（CRM）进行数据录入

• Ensure proper documentation and filing system
确保文件及档案系统整理完善

• Excellent telephone etiquette
具备良好的电话沟通礼仪

• Book and confirm appointments via phone calls and/or SMS
通过电话及/或短信安排及确认预约

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, divert calls to respective departments and jot down messages when required
处理来电及去电，转接至相关部门，并在需要时记录留言

• Attend to customer’s enquiries
处理客户咨询

• Manage customer’s appointment bookings
管理客户预约安排

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
提供优质客户服务

• Guide and train new staff members to promote internal growth
指导及培训新员工，促进内部成长

Job Requirements 任职要求

• Experience in retail or telemarketing will be an added advantage
具备零售或电话销售经验者优先考虑

• Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am–9pm) and weekends/public holidays (9.45am–6pm)
能接受平日（10:45am–9pm）及周末/公共假期（9:45am–6pm）的工作时间

• Cheerful and outgoing personality
性格开朗外向

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Basic PC skills required
