Project Coordination (Claims & Operations) | 6-Month Contract

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
• Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
• Work closely with the respective Claim PICs to prepare the necessary claim documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals before work commencement.
• Provide other project coordination and administrative support when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-month contract, suitable for candidates looking to gain practical project coordination experience.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.

• Work Schedule: 5-day work week
• Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
