Childcare Principal / Vice Principal

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation and logistics

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of dedicated educators, supporting their professional growth and development

• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring high standards and best practices in early childhood education

• Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment that supports the holistic development of each child

• Collaborate with parents and the wider community to build strong partnerships and engage stakeholders

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the operation of childcare facilities

• Handle administrative duties, including reporting, documentation, and centre budgeting where necessary

• To meet centre targets and set strategic direction for the school set by the management
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare or education sector

• A recognised diploma in early childhood teaching and leadership qualification

• Hands-on experience in managing the operational and administrative aspects of a childcare facility
