Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:
- Experience supporting Windows or Linux servers.
- Basic understanding of file transfer technologies (SFTP, FTP, FTPS).
- Exposure to AWS cloud services.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Experience with incident, problem, and service request management using ITSM tools.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
- Familiarity with server monitoring and alerting tools.
- Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Exposure to shell scripting / PowerShell for basic automation and administrative tasks is an advantage.
