Quantity Surveyor(A&A works)

Benefits:

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders

• Prepare and submit progress claims

• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation

• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims

• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records

• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers

• Carry out other QS-related duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• A&A project experience is required

• Main Contractor experience is preferred

• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing and measurement

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
