Job Description:

• Develop and expand business with existing and new customers, distributors, and partners across the APAC region.
• Manage sales enquiries, quotations, customer orders, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Application, Sales Administration, and Logistics teams to support customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and distributor performance updates for management.
• Travel across APAC to strengthen customer relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, customer records, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research on cosmetic and specialty chemical trends, applications, and business opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, supplier events, and marketing activities.
• Deliver product, market trend, and technical presentations to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities, identify market opportunities, and share insights to support sales and marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or other chemistry-related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in the personal care industry, preferably involving: -
• Development of formulations for personal care products; and/or
• Sales of personal care ingredients.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on exposure to cosmetic ingredients is required.
