Operation Support Executive

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of drivers which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure that the drivers' team is able to achieve their daily transport operations works' target
• Plan, organize and assign drivers' for their daily schedules and work
• Crisis management in case of the unexpected issues like disruptions, customers' complaints, investigations and resolving urgent delivery issues
• Fostering strong relationship with stakeholders
• Be able to effectively manage customers' accounts
• Onsite Event Management
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with industry regulations and standards. This involves keeping updated with laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensuring the staff training accordingly.
• Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Also reporting these findings to senior management.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Have experience handling operation team
• Excellent time management, able to plan, organize delivery schedules and handle complaints
• Able to investigate and resolve issues independently
• Knowledgeable in strategic planning and project management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Diploma in Logistic Planning
• Well verse in Microsoft Office
