About this job
- Lead and supervise a team of workers at the assigned site.
- Ensure workers adhere to safety standards and perform responsibly on site.
- Request materials in advance when stock levels are running low.
- Update and amend site drawings in accordance with actual site progress.
- Attend weekly site meetings and address issues raised during discussions.
- Record daily site attendance and sign off job cards at the end of each day.
- Conduct on-site training for new workers when necessary.
- Allocate tasks to workers based on job scope and skill requirements.
- Provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
- Ensure valid work permits or approvals are in place before commencing daily operations.
