We are seeking a Wealth Planning Manager to deliver holistic wealth management and financial planning solutions to clients. The role emphasises developing strong client partnerships, providing customised insurance and investment strategies, meeting business objectives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with professional advice on wealth management, insurance planning, and financial protection strategies.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their personal goals and objectives.
• Develop and nurture lasting client relationships through ongoing engagement, portfolio reviews, and continuous support.
• Work towards achieving personal sales goals and overall performance objectives.
• Ensure all financial advisory and sales processes are conducted according to MAS requirements and internal company guidelines.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep informed of industry trends and market updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS, M5/M9/M9A) for experienced financial sales persons
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and client-focused.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
