Sales Consultant / Recruitment Sales Coordinator

Base Salary: $1,700 - $2,500 (Based on Experience) + Commission + Bonuses

Expected Monthly Earnings: $2,000 - $6,000+ (Uncapped, Based on Performance)

Location: CBD

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Develop new clients and business opportunities for recruitment services

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Understand employers’ hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment needs

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing recruitment support

• Conduct sales outreach through calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and other channels

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth recruitment and placement processes

• Work towards individual sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, recruitment, HR, staffing, or employment agency services is preferred

• CEI certification is an advantage; eligible candidates without CEI may be supported by the company to obtain it

• Comfortable with sales, business development, and client communication

• Familiar with WhatsApp, WeChat, and basic computer applications

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
