Requirements

· Diploma / Degree holder

• Detail-oriented and meticulous, comfortable with enterprise IT systems and supporting administrative tasks
• Self-motivated, task-oriented, and independent
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in research grant administration and/or finance-related experience will be advantageous, but not mandatory

Job Description

The incumbent will support the Urban Solutions & Sustainability (USS) directorate in research grant administration, with a focus on knowledge management and data processing.

The responsibilities include:

• Track process compliance for funded programmes, primarily for on-time submission of required reports.
• Use LLM/AI tools, e.g. CoPilot, to generate initial report assessments and recommendation for further checks and clarifications.
• Maintain the directorate filing system and ensure it is up-to-date.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to research grant/research project administration, as required.
