Junior Secretary (Up to $3,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned Partners, Directors, and Managers
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, document uploads, and other day-to-day support
• Process and manage billing activities
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare statements of accounts, monthly ageing reports, and other ad hoc reports as required
• Maintain up-to-date status reports and provide updates to managers when requested
• Prepare presentation materials and basic analytical reports when needed
• Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
