Fertility / Enrolled Nurse / Staff Nurse (OT & O&G) #HDCA

Are you a Nurse looking to build your expertise in fertility care, operating theatre procedures and reproductive medicine?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialised clinical setting where you will work closely with surgeons and medical practitioners while supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Candidates with experience in O&G, fertility clinics or operating theatre settings are encouraged to apply.

Your Role

• Assist surgeons during fertility treatment procedures, both within and outside the operating theatre.
• Support medical practitioners with procedures including ultrasound scanning, artificial insemination and other relevant clinical procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and ensure patients receive safe, attentive and professional support.
• Provide circulating support to the scrub team during operating theatre procedures.
• Perform scrub duties independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strict sterile techniques.
• Prepare, organise and maintain surgical instruments, trolleys and inventory to ensure smooth procedures.
• Provide patients with clear and appropriate information on treatment-related costs and financial matters.
• Maintain accurate medical records and medication documentation while adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with clinics and relevant healthcare teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Assist with stock-taking, inventory management and procurement of medical supplies and equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Nursing and above.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board registration.
• Relevant nursing experience in O&G, fertility, operating theatre or procedural settings will be advantageous.
• Candidates with scrub or circulating experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail and a patient-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a specialised, procedure-driven clinical environment.
