management trainee

WE ARE SEEKING AN EAGER, MOTIVATED CONSULTANT CUM MANAGEMENT TRAINEE TO JOINOUR GROWING ORGANIZATION.

Responsibilities:

• undergo intensive on-the-job training
• responsible for operating discipline which include profitability , personnel management , inventory controls and customers service
• responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators which include of financial results, service level and human resource management
• ensure effective service by provide training to staff in products knowledge and promoting a service culture in the store

Requirements:

• with Degree in any field
• posses passion and interest in BEAUTY & RETAIL industry
• effective communication skills to liaise with both English & Chinese speaking clients & team members
• with min 1 year of retail / sales / service experience ( part time included) will be an advantage
• be willing to work on retail schedule
