HR Operations & Systems Business Partner, APAC (Hyrid)

Our client, a global e-commerce logistics provider, is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Systems Business Partner to join its regional HR team.

In this APAC-focused role, you will drive HR operational excellence and support the optimisation and rollout of HR systems across the region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll vendors and service providers to streamline processes, strengthen compliance and enhance the employee experience.

Your Role

• Oversee outsourced payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and HR operational processes across APAC
• Manage payroll vendors and external HR service providers to ensure accurate, timely and compliant service delivery
• Support the full employee lifecycle for the Singapore and Oceania offices, including HR administration, employee communications and engagement activities
• Lead HRMS enhancement, optimisation and regional rollout initiatives
• Serve as the regional HR systems subject matter expert, promoting effective system adoption and utilisation
• Streamline HR workflows and drive continuous improvement across HR operations
• Maintain HR governance, policies and processes in line with statutory requirements and regional best practices

About You

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of HR operations experience
• Hands-on experience in payroll operations, HR systems and process improvement; regional APAC exposure would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with external service providers
• Independent, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
