*Urgent* Sales Enrollment Specialist - North ( up to $3200 + commission) #NJE

• Promote and sell coding programmes to prospective parents.
• ·Conductcentre tours, consultations, and programme presentations.
• Followup on enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the enrolment journey.
• Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop marketing strategies, build content to ensure constant lead funnel.
• Coordinate with teaching team on student assessment and follow up with parents for conversion
• Maintain CRM system and update CRM system with timely and accurate data
• Work with the marketing team to ensure that customer experience and customer journey is great
• Develop programme offers, packages for the company and customers based on ground feedback and market sentiment
• Identify new market opportunities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
