Locum Homecare Staff Nurse (Min 3 days per week)

Job Description

• Assess patients and take comprehensive clinical histories.
• Perform physical examinations and develop appropriate care plans.
• Implement and evaluate patient care, including follow-up reviews.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team using established care plans.
• Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Provide patient and caregiver education, including discharge planning.
• Develop and conduct individualised and group education programmes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of education and adjust as needed.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and caregivers.
• Adhere to infection control standards, including hand hygiene and standard precautions.
• Support and promote infection control awareness among patients and caregivers.
