6 months Part-time Event Staff (Functional Screening / Community Nursing)

Working location: One-north (if there is event, will be deployed to the event site - Islandwide)

Working Hours: Every Wed to Fri, 830am-6pm (either in the office, at site recce, or at event venues)

• If there is event on weekends, they will be deployed on weekends (Sat and Sun)
• Can be activated up to 5 days a week
• Workdays may be adjusted based on event schedules and operational requirements.

Salary: $12/hr (w CPF)

Job Description

• Conduct site recce to assess suitability of the venue for event

• Follow up with stakeholders on site recce

• Deployment to events as Event POC to oversee execution of entire event and vendors’ performance

• Deployment to events to encourage/educate people to attend follow up appointment and schedule appointment onsite

• Support Health Talk and Outreach Events

• Support pre-event planning and logistics

• Ensure smooth operations during events

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach would be advantageous.

• Comfortable interacting with the members of the public.

• Willing to travel to various event sites and community locations.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event requirements.

• Able to commit up to 5 working days per week, with work schedules adjusted according to operational and event needs.
